P E Systems was recognized as a winner of the Best Places to Work in the Dayton Region, an awards program presented annually by the Dayton Business Journal. P E Systems, along with other winning companies, were honored for having created exceptional workplaces that their employees value highly.
Award applicants were evaluated across four categories according to the number of Dayton Area employees. Winners were chosen by Quantum Research, who survey company employees on staff engagement, team effectiveness, manager effectiveness and other workplace best practices. The winners were unveiled on Sept. 15, 2023, in the Dayton Business Journal.
