On June 10, 2015, our Dayton Office was awarded a Task Order under the AFLCMC Advisory and Assistance Support Blanket Purchase Agreement (A&AS BPA) for B-2 CVR Increment 1 Capability Production Document (CPD) Development and Coordination. P E Systems will assist AFGSC/A5BA by preparing the B-2 Very Low Frequency (VLF) Communications CPD in accordance with CJCSI 3170.01G and the Manual for the Operation of the JCIDS. The period of performance is expected to be 1 May 2015 to 30 Jul 2016.
We will work with AFGSC/A5BA to establish appropriate working groups (e.g., operations, threat/intelligence, logistics, affordability, and analysis) to collaboratively develop the necessary sections of the CPD. P E Systems will research all pertinent sections of the CPD, liaison with cognizant reviewing authorities and develop the CPD to meet Air Force and Joint staff requirements. The design solutions is an ACAT III systems, and AFGSC anticipates the B-2 VLF Communications CPD to be a “Joint Info” program, like the corresponding CDD was during its review.
