Alan Ehrlich


Mr. Ehrlich has been involved in the financial services industry throughout his entire career. Currently he markets the services of Houlihan Valuation Advisors to professionals and corporate executives in the Mid-Atlantic States, specializing in employee stock ownership plans.

He has participated in the strategic development, and directed the implementation, of three bank annuity and insurance programs, resulting in earnings over $3 million in fee income for the banks during the first full year of operation. He has also supervised and executed the training of bank personnel and developed a sales culture using bank personnel as salespeople.

Mr. Ehrlich’s experience also includes: (1) Senior Vice President for Marketing and Corporate Development of a national financial holding company listed on the American Stock Exchange, where he developed marketing plans and participated in the development of special financial products; (2) Vice President of a NYSE member firm responsible for establishing a division to handle the marketing of specialized financial products and investment banking for initial public offerings; and (3) a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry, skilled in Investor Relations, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Corporate Governance, Start-ups, and Leadership.

Throughout his career, Mr. Ehrlich has been involved with Congressional, Senate, Gubernatorial, and Presidential Campaigns and served as VIP Chairman at a Vice Presidential reception at the Smithsonian Museum.

Mr. Ehrlich’s education includes Horace Mann and New York University. He is also a veteran of the United States Army.
