P E Systems provides IT services for both DoD and other government clients at CONUS and OCONUS locations. These services include maintenance of existing IT environments, development of upgrades, technology insertion, and incorporation of state-of-the-art concepts and tools. We maintain frequent customer contact from the executive management level to the technician level to ensure that objectives are regularly assessed and quickly re-aligned as needed. We are not tied to a specific hardware or software vendor so we maintain an unbiased approach to system solutions and upgrades. We can then tailor our solutions to our customer’s requirements using the most cost effective and technologically compliant suite of products. We support a wide variety of platforms (such as Windows, Unix, HP-UX, AIX, Linux, and Sun Solaris), system tools (such as Tivoli, HP-OpenView, Managed Objects, Knowledge Management, Remedy, Site Scope, Retina, DISA Gold Disk, Group Policy Object (GPO), CA Unicenter, SysLog, NetIQ Security Manager), and network management tools (such as Routers and Switches (Cisco GigE 3000-4000 series), Virtual Private Network (VPN), Gateways, Firewalls (Cisco PIX) and Intrusion Detection System (IDS), Proxies (Bluecoat), Web Filters and wireless access point, Snort IDS 2.8 with Base, Checkpoint IPS-1, and Network Instruments’ Network Probe). We hire personnel who possess the required certifications and security clearances to support any customer IT need. They maintain currency with the technology using internal and on-the-job training. When possible, IT staff are cross-trained to provide backup and surge support. Our personnel utilize our QMS processes and customer best practices to ensure that quality is imbedded in our analysis, development, test, and maintenance actions.
