P E Systems supports process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, eliminate waste, provide best practices, and reduce cycle times, cost of doing business and program risk. We provide leadership in strategic planning, technology development strategies and acquisition strategy planning. We support program training initiatives including training facilitators, evaluation of training requirements, and evaluation of training options. We assist in maintaining databases to track required and completed education and training.
We provide special project support and liaison with external customer organizations and communicate strategies, planning, status and future solutions across multiple customer organizations. We also provide Lean Six Sigma analysis and support. We assist in planning and developing acquisition strategies and forecasts. We develop horizontally integrated acquisition, sustainment, and investment strategies.
