In her role as Vice President of Human Resources, Ms. Linder oversees and manages the human resources department and related functions, including: employee relations, recruiting and retention, employee benefit and welfare plans, compensation planning, performance management, training/learning management, policies and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with application laws and regulations. Ms. Linder serves as the EEO Director and ensures that the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts are broad reaching, forward leaning, and successful.
Ms. Linder possesses more than 25 years of human resources and business experience. Employed at P E Systems since 1997, Ms. Linder was promoted to the role of Vice President in 2006, and previously served as Director of HR and HR Manager for the company.
Ms. Linder maintains the certification of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute, as well as the Senior Certified Professional (SCP) certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
