USTRANSCOM Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) IDIQ

The United States Transportation Command, an agency within the Defense Department, has picked 10 companies for this multiple-award information technology services contract. The five-year contract could be worth up to $250 million for the contractors.

PESystems is proud to support USTRANSCOM's transformation efforts under the recently announced Analysis and Assistance Services contract. As a teammate on the Unisys and S-4 teams, PESystems will help in facilitating USTRANSCOM's role as the Distribution Process Owner (DPO) by maximizing effectiveness and economy in their operations. A key aspect will be the development and implementation of distribution processes for Defense Logistics and the Global Supply chain Management System for the DoD through the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE). The JDDE functions include developing and directing the projection of national security capabilities, accurately sensing the operating environment, providing end-to-end visibility, and rapidly responding joint logistics requirements.
