Acquisition Support Services (PASS)
The U.S. Air Force's Electronic Systems Center has
awarded one of eight contracts, worth a total ceiling value
of $800 million, for Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS)
to PESystems, Inc. The contracts, collectively known as
Professional Acquisition Support Services (PASS), will
provide non-technical acquisition support to the center for
the next five years. The PASS Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite
Quantity (ID/IQ) contract will support the Electronic
Systems Center (ESC) at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB) in
Bedford, Mass., and select ESC operating locations,
including Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, Maxwell
AFB/Gunter-Annex in Alabama, Lackland and Randolph AFBs in
Texas, and Peterson AFB in Colorado.
| P E Systems Inc. is now eligible to
compete for approximately 26 task orders in individual
work areas. P E Systems Inc. will provide a wide range
of non-technical acquisition support services, including
support of research, development and production
activities at ESC and its geographically separated
units. The scope of work includes acquisition support,
financial management, contracting support, and
administrative and human resources.
P E Systems Inc. has a long legacy of support to ESC
at Hanscom AFB with similar services provided for the
last 15 years. Our PASS Alliance (Team) currently
comprises 24 members, with a Senior Leadership Group
including Booz Allen Hamilton and Engility (formerly
part of L-3 Titan). |
