P E Systems supports corporate financial and program analysis and we have an in-depth knowledge of and experience with the PPBES cycle. We provide budget formulation, accounting reconciliation, remediation, auditing and reporting, financial planning and programming, and status tracking with forecasting, accruals, and performance measurement.

We monitor financial execution; coordinate and integrate financial activities across multiple programs; analyze changes in funding requirements; assist in acquisition strategy development; develop/update financial plans; research, validate and resolve cancelling unliquidated obligations (ULOs) / negative ULOs (NULOs); perform follow-up actions on cancelled funds; and provide monthly track and assist financial analysts in expired funds. We provide financial information necessary for the preparation and execution of purchase requests, project orders and other financial documents. We provide cost analysis and cost estimating support and participate in year-end closeout activities and fiscal year reporting.
