The Headquarters Aeronautical Systems Center (HQ ASC),
Wright Paterson Air Force Base, OH awarded ACCESS to 19 firms,
including PESystems, Inc. ACCESS Task Orders will identify
specific services required, and the PESystems Access Team will provide
qualified personnel with specialty capabilities on short notice.
The Air Force can issue delivery orders totaling up to the
maximum $500 million. Under the ACCESS contract, the Air Force will acquire Advisory
and Assistance Services (A&AS) to support the accomplishment of the
goals, objectives, and priorities associated with the missions of
the organizations at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. Managed by
Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), the ACCESS contract
is designed to provide A&AS services support to supplement government
organic resources at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and specifically
the Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), the Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC),
the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), the Air Force Global Logistics
Support Center (AFGLSC), the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT),
and the National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC). Program goals
include continuous support provided via the task order process which will
operate efficiently and quickly in order to make timely awards to support
the war fighting community.
