Wesley A. King, CEO of PESystems, Inc. is please to announce the appointment of The Honorable Tidal W. McCoy and Andrew S. Prince, M.B.A., J.D. to the PESystems, Inc. Advisory Board.

Mr. McCoy, former acting Secretary of the U.S. Air Force joined the PESystems, Inc. Advisory Board in 2004. Mr. McCoy also served as an assistant to Senator Jake Garn for National Security affairs. During Mr. Rumsfeld’s first position as Secretary of Defense, Mr. McCoy was his Deputy Assistant.  He has served on the National Security Council Staff at the White House, and is currently Chairman of the Space Transportation Administration.

Mr. McCoy is a graduate of West Point (USMA) and a combat veteran. He also attained an M.S. in Business Financial Management from George Washington University, Washington, D.C. 

Mr. Prince has served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy. He is a retired Naval Reserve Captain whose responsibilities included two years as the Commanding Officer of a Submarine Support facility. On active duty, his tours included service aboard the USS Nautilus. He was also an attorney with a major Wall Street law firm, and has been admitted to practice before New York State Courts, Federal Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Prince is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy earning his B.S. degree in Mathematics and Physics, the United States Naval Submarine School, and the Naval Nuclear Power Program. He received concurrently his J.D. and M.B.A. degrees from the Harvard Law School and Harvard Business School respectively.
